Fritz Industries is embarking on a substantial period of growth in manufacturing, research and development capacities. A recently completed 44,000 square foot facility adjacent to an existing research and development facility will greatly expand private label production for the Fritz Specialty division. The new facility houses many new and improved processing and growth systems and up to 50 employees.

The scale of bio-based production has increased greatly with 25 bio reactors that hold a combined total production capacity of 55,000 gallons. The bio reactors are used to produce beneficial bacteria products for municipal wastewater treatment, agriculture, aquaculture, and various other applications in water quality. This increase in scale gives Fritz Industries the ability to grow multiple types of beneficial bacteria simultaneously.

The three fully automated liquid filing lines are capable of accepting 1oz to 5gal containers and are custom configured with speed and quality in mind. High-speed form fill and seal equipment is used to make a unique renewable water soluble packaging. Powder to tablet processing is paired with on-site blister forming and packaging systems. All production, packaging, warehouse and shipping departments are under one climate controlled roof.
